Looking for a non-smoker, single occupant with no pets (sorry!). I'm open to any gender, students, anything really.
I'm a quiet, laid back, somewhat geeky kind of person and wanting to get someone similar-ish so we can get along okay.

- $850/month includes all utilities and wifi, in-suite laundry. Also Costco and Netflix, if you're interested.
- 5 minute walk to the bus stop, a bunch of restaurants, grocery store, etc.
- The whole place is about 1150sqft. Your room is about 11' x 12' (a bit of that is closet space), freshly painted, and unfurnished. You also have your own bathroom and plenty of space in the kitchen.
- The location is quiet, the building is nice. The condo is on the third floor. There's a path/water feature out back, so you can hear the water flowing.
- No designated parking spot, so you'd have to find somewhere on the street nearby.
