$600/month incldg internet, hydro, in-unit laundry and street parking. Situated in one of nicer neighborhoods in Victoria, 3-5 min walk to Thetis Lake and Galloping Goose trail, 10-15 min drive to downtown Victoria and a short drive to Langford.
Room is unfurnished with a huge closet. Bathroom is shared with one person. Kitchen and living area are shared.
Looking for the right fit who is non-smoker, non-partier. This suite will be perfect for a student or a young professional as it is in a quiet area, and would give that much appreciated peace and quiet after a long day at school/work.
Room is available on May 15th or June 1st.
You will be sharing the suite with me, a male health care professional and a corrections officer, both easy-going, clean and tidy persons.
