Looking for July or earlier.
I am a 59 year old writer, looking for a quiet person to share a floor with, and you would be renting the master bedroom (with own small bathroom).
It's not necessary, but I have a feeling I might be a best fit with someone who might be familiar with the creative process (and maybe even have something going on their own) requiring also a zen-ish like space to do their own stuff.
There is a side room which can be converted into a rehearsal space - we can work things out if that's of interest and it would be something around an extra $250 for regular usage but the room rental is the key thing.
No strict adherence to rules or religion, though, preferred. Fundamental anything makes me squirm.
Theoretical good matches: Quiet as in peaceful (more than quiet safe space or quiet sanctuary).
Preferably green-ish progressive but not prone to wanting to complain about the coming federal election.
Preference to a person who might be open to listening to all forms of music at times, and none at others.
Sense of humour on the bittersweet but not nihilistic side. Stuff like that. Glass half full type of person.
Rent is $675 and includes wifi and laundry, shared kitchen, living room and back patio.
Smoking okay, not indoors though and this is a strictly followed rule.
