Located close to great shopping, schools and parks. $700 rent fully furnished including all utilities (hydro, water & high speed internet). The people who lives in this townhouse are my mom and a Chinese RRU student. You will have your own room fully furnished; however, the bathroom will be shared between you and student tenant. My mom is a very nice Filipino lady who loves to cook, and she will sometimes makes food for everyone!
