It has a brand-new 70cc kit and runs a lot faster then stock (this is why it costs a little extra than similar scooters). I also just put in a new battery for you. I'll throw in my helmet if you need one.
It's located in Fulford on Salt Spring Island, you can walk on the ferry from Swartz bay as the scooter is parked only a 2 minute walk from Rocksalt Cafe. (map below is inaccurate)
