We are selling our 2004 Mazda 6 GT (automatic fully loaded) because we no longer need two cars. We love driving the car. It looks good and it runs well but we don't drive it enough to justify having two cars. The reason we're selling it for this price is because when we took it in to Mazda for a big servicing back in Feb 2016 it was recommended that there be some future work done as follows:

SUSP replace both front lower control arm boots - $380 + tax (price includes parts + 2.6 hours labour)
OL reseal timing covers (small hole now but will get bigger) - $1970 + tax (includes parts & 14 hours labour)
ENG replace air intake boot - $110 + tax
The car would be great for a mechanic (or someone who knows a mechanic) in that they could do the work suggested especially the seal repair (14 hour labour job) at a much lower cost than the dealer would charge. The deferred recommended work is mostly labour charges. The engine light recently came on and goes on and off - still running good though.
