I am a working busy woman who wants to share a clean spacious home with a female roommate.
The layout protects the privacy as each bedroom has its own washroom, and the kitchen/living room separates two bedrooms.
In-suite laundry and all utilities are included.
Conveniently located minutes from the RRU, YMCA, Westshore, fairway, Walmart, supermarket and cineplex...
Location:
* 8 mins drive/27 mins take a bus (39,52,54) to Royal Roads University
* 5 mins drive/13 mins take a bus (54, 55) to the Westshore: Fairway, Walmart, Supermarket, Quality Food, Cineplex et al.
* 24 mins drive/50 mins take a bus (54, 50) to downtown Victoria
The room: includes a double size bed, a desk, closet, and a bookshelf, with own bathroom.
Kitchen and living room:
* Share with the landlord, who is a single Chinese girl, working and graduated from RRU
* All the kitchen appliances provided (pans, rice cooker, cattle, cups...)
Parking lot: the condo has a visit parking, however not for a long time period (cannot exceed 7 days); If you need a parking lot, can ask for rent, which is not included into the rent. (approximately $50/month)
The rent: $900/month, including electricity, gas, and internet
