98 Chev and fifth wheel RV in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia for sale

The truck is a 5 litre, auto trans with air conditioning that works, it had a new water pump and heater core and hoses installed, complete new front light assemblies, new fully serviced engine oil, trans, rear differential, newer 15 ply LT tires all around the only issues with the truck is the front driver's seat has a very large hole on the edge I have a set of newer front bucket seats I'm including or it needs to be repaired or replaced and there are burn marks in the passenger side front but could be covered up with a seat cover or install the bucket seats, the fuel indicator shows 1/2 full when empty and the interior hood latch handle is broken but still works. Truck box tool box is included. The truck has 290K and runs very well and easily pulls the trailer.
Mechanically the truck is very good cosmetically it's a work truck, I was using it as my daily drive. Well maintained these trucks can go 500K
89 16.5ft Fleetwood Prowler light weight fifth wheel trailer. 90% complete trailer needs a handyman to finish, roof has been completely rebuilt with a high velocity power vent installed, all the vent lids and covers were replaced every joint and edge was cleaned and resealed, the interior ceiling is finished, it needs 3 pieces of paneling installed new lemainate flooring installed which is supplied, new carpet and underlay for bunk which is supplied, 3 small floor cabinets anchored and 12 volt battery hooked up battery included. Everything is there and it all works, interior lights upgraded to led lights , there upgraded window shades to install which are included, the propane tank was recertified last fall, all of the materials to finish the job are included but I have no time to finish it. Newer tires all around and a new spare. The propane furnace should be serviced because I had to replace the pilot gas line
