I am looking for a quiet, non-smoker and ideally non-drinker, (also no pets) mature student or a professional working individual.
The room is available for February 1st, 2019 for the right fit. $680.00 per month all inclusive (hydro, water, Wi-Fi).
ABOUT ME: I am a 49-yr. male, work full-time in the fitness & health industry.
I am an early riser, 7 days a week between 5-7am and go to bed between 10-11 p.m. I am fairly structured, disciplined, and above all else, clean.
